Ben’s athletes (that’s what he calls everyone who belongs to his gym) range from folks who are just learning how to get into shape to some of the most elite athletes in the world. (Can you imagine training four-six hours per day?!)
He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and even has his own action plan for it--“WHOOPIE” which stands for the following principles: wish/hope/objective/obstacles/identify yourself/execute it.
