Ep 97: Dr. Bradley Nelson “The Emotion Code”

If you ever pondered the connection between emotional pain and baggage and how it can affect your health (or if you are hearing this idea for the first time now.) then you are in for a treat because Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of The Emotion Code, talks all about it in this enlightening episode. Dr. Nelson began his career as a chiropractor who found that no matter what ailments his patients were complaining about --they all seemed to stem from carrying emotional baggage. What he deduced was that  the human body is basically an energy field that can be affected positively or negatively by emotional trauma that can last for years if not treated or addressed
