(North: Finding My Way While Running the Appalachian Trail)

In 2015, Scott decided it was time to bow out of his competitive running career and take on one more epic journey--the entire length of the Appalachian Trail. He details all of this in his book North: Finding My Way While Running the Appalachian Trail and the FBGs were lucky enough to have Scott, Jenny, and their son on the show to talk about their wild adventures, dealing with injuries on the trail and their favorite lessons learned on the trail.
